• Meet our minimum transaction requirements (10,000 MT minimum order)
• Pass our KYC/AML verification process
• Not be located in sanctioned territories or restricted jurisdictions

When you submit information through our platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Transaction Terms

5.1 Quote Requests

Quote requests are non-binding inquiries. Final pricing and terms are subject to formal agreements (FCO and SPA) and market conditions at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Requirements

All transactions have a minimum quantity of 10,000 metric tons. Buyers must demonstrate financial capability through Top 25/50 bank relationships and appropriate payment instruments (SBLC, DLC preferred).

5.3 No Intermediaries

We do not work with unverified intermediaries or daisy-chain brokers. All parties must provide direct proof of mandate or end-buyer status.
